Heather Laganelli

Heather Laganelli is an innovative entrepreneur, community leader, and artist. She is the founder of Locale Farm to Table Eatery, a celebrated dining destination in Bakersfield known for its creative menu and vibrant event space. Under her leadership, Locale has become a community hub for creative gatherings, live music and public art, 2025 marks its 10th year in business.

Heather’s passion for community advancement is evident through her leadership roles on nonprofit boards and her role as the founding chairwoman of The Innovation Lab, fostering local growth and creativity.

A talented designer with a background in interior design, Heather has transformed numerous commercial and residential spaces. She also founded @muralalleybakersfield and The Vault gallery, showcasing over 200 local artists and enriching the public art scene.
