ART exhibition Contemporary Art Exhibition. Artists are encouraged to submit art that is contemporary or abstract with leanings towards nature. Artists are encouraged to submit their best and most recent work. All Mediums are welcome, Paint, photography, fabric, Multimedia, sculpture etc.

ELIGIBILITY: Entry is open to ALL Artists from Kern County Emerging to Legacy Artists are all welcome.

ENTRY AND FEES: A maximum of three artworks can be submitted. The

entry fee is $15 +$5 for each additional piece up to 3 total. Fees are non-refundable.

The deadline to apply is midnight on March 23rd, 2025. Notification of acceptance is on or before March 19th, 2025.

SIZES FOR ENTRIES

2D wall hung art must be Gallery wrapped or framed, edges finished and wired. D rings preferred. Please ask for help if you do not know what this is.

Sizes for 2D no larger than 50 inches by 50 inches and no smaller that 16” x 20” 

3D Sculptures No larger than 24”X24” Wall Hung pieces only.

ALL Artwork Must Be For Sale

SALES: Sales will be through Kern Creatives and commissions will be paid to Artists on the 1st of each month during the show.

COMMISSIONS Artist receives 75% commission

ACCEPTANCE: R Skincare Studio and Kern Creatives, organizers of the exhibition, reserve the right to reject any artwork that does not meet the standards shown in the entered images or contains anything considered pornographic. 

Art work must be original, please no AI. Works may not be substituted after acceptance.

Submission of work to this exhibition constitutes an agreement to the conditions stated in this Call For Entry. If an artwork is sold, it can be replaced by a similar work by the same artist. By entering this exhibition, artists agree to allow R Skincare and KC to use submitted images in promotional material.

Kern Creatives is open to all artists ranging from emerging to

professional. Our goal is to create opportunities for local artists to show and sell their work and create exposure for themselves as well as create a community of artists who support and encourage each other and connect our larger community to the artist in their community.
